Terms of Service

Daily Reno ("the app") is a private renovation project management tool provided to a fixed set of approved users. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the app

The app is currently limited to accounts on its allowlist and is not open to public registration; it is intended for homeowners, contractors, and general contractors coordinating on specific renovation projects. These terms may change if the app is offered more broadly in the future.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for its intended renovation-coordination purpose and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data. You are responsible for the accuracy of project data you enter and for coordinating with your collaborators on decisions that rely on it.

Google account access

Today, the app accesses your basic Google profile (name, email, and profile picture) with your permission, as described in our Privacy Policy. If we add features that require broader access to your Google account, or integrations with other services, we will update this policy and prompt you to consent before requesting the additional access. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

Your content

You retain ownership of the project data and files you upload. You grant the app the permissions needed to store, display, and process that content in order to provide the service to you and the collaborators you share a project with.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It is a project-coordination tool and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or that data will be preserved without interruption. The app is not a system of record for financial, legal, or contractual obligations; you should keep independent copies of anything you rely on outside the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
